Hey, it’s Mily.
August 25th. 2025.
Life has been wild, beautiful, and at times, treacherous. People often say, “Life is too short to be unhappy.” But I’ve learned that if you live with intention, mindfulness, and presence, life is long… if you’re lucky. And if life is long, it’s far too long to spend it unhappy.
My story began in poverty in Louisiana, followed by a move to Nigeria, where I encountered a different kind of poverty. Later, I grew up in a rich, colorful, stable life in The Netherlands before returning to the U.S. to pursue education, completing both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Florida. From there, I stepped into the world to chase dreams that became lived realities.
I come from a divorced family split between two worlds: poverty and privilege. Learning to navigate both gave me perspective and resilience, shaping me into the woman I am today; a woman with Big Mom Energy. My adult life has been devoted to intentional growth: finding peace with my past, acceptance with my parents, presence in the now, and trust that the future will meet me when I arrive there.
Now, I help others discover their own peace, built on their past, grounded in their present, and aligned with the future they desire… one micro-improvement at a time.
I am here to be the guide and mentor I once needed.
This is my gift.
